		<description>What&#039;s unfortunate is that the sick days were not just handed over in the past. They were bargained for, and now they will lose them, probably without something in return. The union possibly gave up something else in return for the sweet deal on sick days. Whoever gave it up in bargaining, when it was clearly not affordable long term, back whenever, wasn&#039;t doing a good job either. Now the city is going to make the outdoor workers pay. Hooray for the little guy. :-&#124;</description>
