The longest day of the year is upon us, and with it comes National Aboriginal Day, to celebrate our First Nations people. There are parties all over Saskatchewan, and Canada.
If you tune into CBC Radio One in Saskatchewan (and possibly the Rest of Canada) you can hear me (and others) oohing-ahhhing, and squealing like an excited woman who just saw Elvis, on the radio special with Shane Yellowbird.

haha, i howled at the ‘almost ready for self government’ players when they called the event ‘gonad’. anyways, it was a pretty good broadcast….let’s hope the players continue and work their way to being as funny as the dead dog group.
p.s., i heard your oo’s and ah’s :D

Great! I missed the radio broadcast, I wonder if there’s a podcast. Anyway, my mom was thinking of recording it, maybe she did. We used to listen to Dead Dog Cafe.
I toured around the MacKenzie Art Gallery and Wascana Park this afternoon, and played Sepak Takraw for about half an hour.
