Thanks Danny.
To reduce strain from computer use, I've trained myself to use the mouse with either my right, or left hand. I try to switch it up each day, so each arm wears evenly.

It's a pretty good idea to be honest, since most problems are caused by repetetive strain injury over long periods of time, and usually boil down to a lack of knowledge about the human body, educating people via newspaper is a great way to reach and teach people.

One injury which is common among those using computer may be stiff and painful wrist and fingers, which can also be alleviated by performing grip exercises and forearm strengthening.

Nice site by the way,

Danny.

Just make sure that the hook's anchor is able to at least support your weight :-D or you could end up with quite a welt (or worse)

You could probably also get a resistance band and put it over a hook or something hook-like overhead and rig up a lat pulldown that way.
