Good luck on your garden!
I've been waiting for the snow to melt, too. Unfortunately, the forecast calls for more snow for us this week, so I guess no planting for me.
Last year the flooding lasted right into July, so we never even got to plant a garden. Total loss for all grain farmers in my area.

Our temperature will be 97 or more F. today, so it's hard to fathom being unable to plant yet. Good luck on your spring garden,

I'm going to garden this year, too, but the rule of thumb around here is to not plant until after the May long weekend, if not the beginning of June. Just too cold at night still. But, our snow hasn't even melted yet, so I have no idea when the planting will actually take place.
