		<description>Old timers will tell you that during the Dirty Thirties people couldn't afford coffee beans. As a replacement, they dug up dandelion roots, cleaned them off and then roasted them on a cookie sheet in the oven. They then ground up the roasted roots and mixed it with chicory to make a coffee replacement. They perked this concoction in their old style percolaters and claimed that it tasted almost the same as a cup of brewed coffee.</description>
