I sure thought so before this week. And so would most Canadians. And that’s why a failure to get a criminal investigation going (whose responsibility is it anyway???) is a HUGE blow to democracy, and a major victory for the alleged bribers.

What’s taken them so long to have it investigated? Aren’t they BY LAW required to take immediate action?
