I can only guess they are paying attention to my blog because of my nomination for a Bloggie award. Let’s hope their “decision” about my “morality” is favourable so I can have voters from Korea stop by to read what life is like from Saskatchewan.

They are probably determining if your website breaks any laws or “morals” in Korea, and if it does they’ll simply block access to your website from people surfing inside their controlled Internet range. Censorship, in short.
