there has to be an easier way to stay in shape…some kind of pill or magic drink, at one time I thought Rum and coke was the answer…LOL

Most of it was Regina and Yorkton as I biked to work and back. I got this bike the Winter after my bike/van crash in Yorkton.
It was not done all in one trip, which I’d probably find too grueling.
