The odometer on my bike reads:
777.6km
in the last 32:44 minutes , 9.43km, 17.3km/h, 35.8km/h max, 134.1 Cal burned

The odometer is accumulative from 2006 (if I recall correctly).

and what did you see along the way?

there has to be an easier way to stay in shape…some kind of pill or magic drink, at one time I thought Rum and coke was the answer…LOL

Most of it was Regina and Yorkton as I biked to work and back. I got this bike the Winter after my bike/van crash in Yorkton.

It was not done all in one trip, which I’d probably find too grueling.
