Dear Sobeys, You lost another customer by over packing

If you recall a few weeks ago, Amanda complained that Sobeys was over packing their shopping bags. They are continuing to instruct their packers to do it, despite the concerned public explaining to them that they will lose business by over packing.

I had to go check out these links, since the term overpacking confused me. It sounds at first like a store was putting too many things in a bag. A few broken bags (and bottlees) should cure them of that. But it seems like you mean they use too many bags, is that what you mean? See, I shop very few places where the store bags the goods. Its usually up to the customer if they want their stuff in bags. My kids have become experts at it.
