When I first heard about the organ donor reality show, I was offended. And it turns out that was the point. There was a big outcry at the immorality of the offensive show, where an organ donor would publicly choose one of two terminal patients to save.
Fortunately, the show had the intended effect on people who for whatever reason do not feel guilty about hording their organs after they die.
