Have you heard of Express Link? Neither has SaskTel or SaskPower employees I talked to, even though it’s a PAYMENT system set up by Sasktel to accept pre-authorized debit payments for SaskTel, SaskPower [hydro] and SaskEnergy [gas] bills. I’ll have more about this later, when SaskPower’s media relations person responds to my request for an interview with them about difficulty I had getting simple information from SaskTel and Power about my account number on file in the Express Link system the two companies presumably collaborated on creating years ago.
