I watched “Step Up” [5/10] and it wasn’t as bad as I expected it to be.
A blizzard hit Regina, and ruined my snow art. Photos to come later.
Tomorrow I go to Microsoft Vista’s launch, where I will hand out Ubuntu CDs.

Hopefully they won’t have the same thing with patches to fix problem after problem with this new software. I have used XP down to windows 95 (maybe some older stuff too) and I think it just keeps getting better and better…. I have heard that the new windows is supposed to utilize the dual core possessors better…… hope it’s true.

It has some improvements, but they are undesirable coupled with the downsides which are much greater in my opinion. Improvements aren’t worth squat if Microsoft or any company can lock you out of doing what you want to do with your computer. Things that work in XP, may not work any more in Vista - that’s a downgrade, not an upgrade.
