Taking prostitutes off the streets and having prostitution regulated would undoubtedly make everyone safer. I don't know for certain, but I imagine it might help to fight child prostitution as well, because it would be more visible, maybe, since underage people wouldn't be allowed to work as prostitutes by law... It gives them almost no way out if the either get pushed or pulled into the life. That's the ramification we should seek a means to ending.
