Space Shuttle and ISS photos

I just watched the Space Shuttle, and then the International Space Station fly over Saskatchewan.

Heavens-Above.com will tell you when to watch for it again this week. There’s one more chance tonight, but you’d have to hurry to get your prediction in time if you need to sign up. It starts at about 7:07 PM CST in eastern Saskatchewan in the south-west sky about 10 degrees off the horizon, and lasts for a couple minutes. Then the ISS comes by about 9 minutes later in about the same place for a bit longer. The ISS gets brighter this week, and there are viewing times in the early evening before it gets too late for kids to be up.

24 Dec 2006 Magnitude -0.9 Time starts 18:50:08 CST ; 10 degrees from horizon in the West. I’m counting on seeing Santa about that time too.
