First off there’s a new anti-rape tool called RapeX. It will be available in a few months, and it could very well change the number of rape incidents in places where it is well known to be in use. It was supposed to be out now, but had been delayed.

The bottle in the lake thing…WOW! I hate to sound like a cynic (although I suppose I am in many ways) but do you think the message could have been written last week, and made to look eleven years old? They didn’t say in the article whether or not they determined it was in fact as old as it claimed to be and whether it was written by the said author . But a great story none the less.
